T. Anne Hawkins Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from West Virginia University. She has taught graduate courses in Counseling and continues to train graduate students who seek to become counselors or Psychologists. She has been a clinician since 1996 and was a Licensed counselor for many years. She has worked in multiple treatment settings Including community mental health, inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, primary care, university counseling centers and private practice.

In this private practice setting, Dr. Hawkins works primarily with adults providing outpatient psychotherapy and psychological evaluation. Dr. Hawkins' areas of clinical practice include the following:

  • Childhood sexual, physical, and emotional trauma

    Dr. Hawkins provides training and consultation to healthcare providers (counselors, social workers, psychologists, dentists and physicians), educators, and managers in a variety of settings. She has provided training and/or consultation in the following areas:
